Ideal for all levels, this class has something for everyone. Each class features movements to strengthen, mobilize, and align the entire body using a combination of Pilates mat, stretching, and other fitness modalities to give you a balanced full-body workout. Modifications can be provided for any level and ability, including prenatal, postpartum, and injury rehabilitation.

On-Demand Workouts
My on-demand library has hundreds of workouts for all levels and abilities. Each week, I post a new short workout (6 - 35 mins) featuring a specific Pilates principle, skill, or overall strength. From the Series of Five to teasers to planks to rollovers, we’ll cover it all.
You also have the opportunity to commit to fitness challenges and special events, like the ever-popular 12 Days of Pilates each December.

My premium on-demand library has workouts for all levels, ranging from 5 minutes to an hour. Many workouts incorporate hand weights or other props (such as a yoga block) to enhance the benefits of the exercise. Modifications are always given for different abilities and limitations - this is an excellent way to workout on your own schedule and start seeing the benefits of Pilates right away.
