Get Strong, Give Back is my signature program that combines two of my passions: movement and supporting nonprofits doing great things. Throughout the year, I offer live classes, on-demand challenges, and matching gift opportunities that are entirely donation-based. 100% of the proceeds are donated to the selected charity.
The first Get Strong, Give Back class of 2025 was Sunday, 2/2 - all proceeds were donated to MusiCares L.A Fire Relief and the California Community Foundation Wildfire Relief Fund. You can still get the on-demand replay by donating below - no amount is too small!

MusiCares L.A. Fire Relief
For more than three decades, MusiCares has been a steadfast partner to the music industry during times of need, offering relief in response to a variety of disasters. From the Las Vegas Route 91 shooting and the COVID-19 pandemic to Superstorm Sandy, Hurricane Katrina, Hurricane Helene, the California and Maui wildfires. MusiCares is here to help—no matter the size or scope of the crisis.
California Community Foundation Wildfire Recovery Fund
CCF has a long history of making a direct and meaningful impact on individuals and families in need, ensuring that support reaches those most affected. Since 2003, the CCF Wildfire Recovery Fund has provided over $30 million to communities affected by disasters. During the COVID-19 pandemic, CCF also launched its COVID Relief Fund, offering critical assistance to aging populations, single parents, immigrants, and others by covering essential needs like rent and utility costs and providing vaccines to individuals facing barriers to care.
